摘要
通过对制动梁生产过程中出现的热锻裂纹和力学性能差异现象,深入分析和研究裂纹形成机理和性能差异的渊源,并经过大量工艺试验和生产验证,找到了影响裂纹产生和性能差异的因素,达到了提高制动梁热锻工艺技术水平、降低废品率的目的。
By analyzing forging cracks and the discrepancy of mechanical performance in brake beam production, and studying the origin of crack formation mechanism and performance discrepancy, and through quantity of technological testing and production validation, the causes of cracks and the performance discrepancy factors were found. It was realized that improving the technical level of forging brake beam and reducing scrap rate.
