Design of Tool Used in Hydraulic Test for Floating Head Heat Exchanger

根据不同的设计条件、不同的设备规格,需要设计不同的浮头式换热器水压试验工装。对某项目中一台浮头式换热器水压试验工装结构形式的选取、密封结构的设计等作了介绍,并简要阐述了水压试验工艺过程。

With different design conditions and equipment sizes, different hydraulic test tools are needed to design for floating head heat exchanger. In this article, one hydraulic test tool which is used for one floating head heat exchanger in one project was introduced from the selection of tool structure and design of seal structure, and at the same times the process of hydraulic test was also briefly introduced.
