摘要
给出了一种加热炉炉管壁厚计算的新方法。该方法先将炉管材料许用应力曲线进行拟合,然后将得到的关系式输入Excel表格,借助表格的计算、引用等功能,可以高效、快捷地进行炉管的壁厚计算和热应力校核等,大大提高了计算效率。
In this article, new method for calculating the thickness of heater tube was presented. The allowable stress for the materials used for heater tube was first regressed to formulae and expressed in Excel table. Then, with the calculation and quotation functions in Excel, the thickness of heater tube and the stresses existed in it can be calculated quickly and conveniently, so that the calculation efficiency has been greatly raised.
