玻璃钢埋地双壁储油罐在国内的应用前景

在我国,汽车加油站一般采用埋地钢制单壁储油罐,因罐身腐蚀造成的成品油泄漏事件已屡见不鲜。与钢制单壁储油罐相比,玻璃钢埋地双壁罐不仅具有寿命长、防腐性能好、自重轻、免维护等优点,还可通过在双壁间夹层装设连续监测系统来监测成品油渗漏。虽然玻璃钢埋地双壁罐在国外得到了广泛的应用,但国内关于双壁罐的应用研究还很滞后,介绍了玻璃钢埋地双壁罐的技术特点、渗漏监测系统组成及其在加油站中的应用前景。

In China, buried steel single shell tank is generally applied in gas station. It is common that oil leakage occurs due to the corrosion of tank shell. Compared with steel single shell tank, fiber glass double shell tank has the advantages of long life, good anticorrosion, lighter weight and free maintenance. Moreover, it is possible to set up a continuous monitoring system between two shells to detect oil leakage. Although fiber glass double shell tank has been widely applied at abroad, its application and research in china are behind. In this article, the technical characteristics of fiber glass double shell tank, configuration of leakage monitoring system and its application in gas station were introduced.
