摘要
基于聚合物的压力(P)、温度(T)和比容积(V)之间的关系不随加工方式的改变而变化这种特性,采用修正的双域Tait状态方程,提出了等比容积最佳保压压力曲线的设定,并利用Moldflow软件进行注射保压模拟仿真,提取制品的保压冷却曲线。将理论计算得到的压力-温度曲线转化为压力-时间曲线,通过不同保压方式的模拟结果对比表明,等比容积保压方法能够显著提高制品的品质。
Based on the independence of pressure (P)-temperature (T)-specific volume (V) relationship of polymer to processing mode, using the modified double domain Tait state equation, a iso-volume pressure-holding curve was proposed. The injection pressure-holding was simulated using Moldflow software, a cooling pressure-holding curve of products was extracted. Witer the pressure-temperature curve into a pressure-time one. Comparison among various pressure-holding modes showed that the quality of products could be significantly imprh such a curve we could transfoved through iso-volume pressure-holding method.
