提高玻璃钢外护直埋保温管预制质量的措施

Measures of Improving the Quality of Prefabricated Directly Buried Thermal-insulation Pipe with Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic Outer Casing

国内集中供暖干线越来越多地使用玻璃钢外护直埋保温管及管件。由于保温管及管件管径尺寸大,预制过程中很多因素都会影响预制质量,从而成为供暖工程的隐患。针对玻璃钢外护直埋保温管及管件预制生产过程中容易出现的问题,从原材料、预制工艺、玻璃钢固化等方面,提出了应对预防措施和建议,有效保证了玻璃钢外护保温管和管件的预制质量。

The prefabricated large-diameter thermal-insulation pipes and fittings with glass fiber reinforced plastic outer casing are used widely as the main pipes of central heating in China.Because they have a large diameter,their quality will be affected by all kinds of factors when they are prefabricated.This becomes hidden troubles for heating projects.Some practical measures to resolve the problems from raw materials,the prefabricating process,the curing of glass fiber reinforced plastics and storage are proposed during fabricating.The quality of thermal-insulation pipe was improved when these suggestions were adopted.
