环境参数对110kV复合绝缘子覆冰增长过程的影响 被引量:24

摘要 绝缘子覆冰严重影响着电力系统的安全稳定运行,国内外对输电线路覆冰增长过程进行了大量的研究,但对绝缘子覆冰过程的研究较少,因此研究环境参数对绝缘子覆冰的影响在防冰抗冰工作中显得尤为重要。为此,通过在人工气候室的模拟试验来研究环境参数(水滴中值体积直径(MVD)、液态水含量(LWC)、温度、风速)对不同伞型结构的110kV复合绝缘子覆冰过程的影响。研究结果表明:绝缘子覆冰质量、伞裙表面覆冰厚度、冰凌长度及冰凌直径随时间的增长成非线性增长,而随着时间的延长,覆冰质量的增长程度变缓;绝缘子覆冰质量随着环境温度的降低成非线性增加;绝缘子覆冰质量随风速的增加而增加;水滴中值体积直径、液态水含量对绝缘子覆冰质量、冰凌增长有着重要的影响,随着MVD、LWC的增大,覆冰质量、冰凌长度增长迅速;在同等覆冰条件下,D型绝缘子的覆冰质量最轻,冰凌桥接速度最慢,所以D型绝缘子更适合在覆冰严重地区使用。 The research on the impact of environmental parameters on the icing of insulators is very important for anti-icing work.We studied the impact of environmental parameters,including median volume diameter(MVD),liquid water content(LWC),ambient temperature,and wind speed,on icing process of 110 kV composite insulators by simulating experiment in an artificial climate chamber.The results are as follows: the ice mass of insulators,the ice thickness of insulator surface,the length and diameter of ice ridge grow nonlinearly with the increasing of time,while the growing degree of ice mass slows down with the increasing of time;the ice mass of insulators increases nonlinearly with the decreasing of ambient temperature;the ice mass of insulators increases with the increasing of wind speed;MVD and LWC exert important influence on the ice mass of insulators and the growth of ice ridge;the ice weight of insulators and the growth of ice ridge increase quickly with the increasing of MVD and LWC;for insulator of type D under the same icing condition,the ice mass of is the lightest,and the speed of ice ridge to bridging is the slowest,so the insulator of type D is more suitable to be used in easily icing areas.
