摘要
为研究影响污秽颗粒(以下简称颗粒)在绝缘表面吸附的因素,分别建立了污秽颗粒和绝缘表面的模型,在考虑绝缘表面边界层影响的前提下,分析了污秽颗粒在绝缘表面碰撞和吸附的受力和运动情况,制定了污秽颗粒在绝缘表面吸附的判据,分析了颗粒直径(以下简称粒径)、空气中的主流风速、空气相对湿度对污秽颗粒在绝缘表面吸附的影响。最后得出结论,粒径是影响绝缘表面积污的首要因素,粒径越小越容易吸附;其次是空气相对湿度,湿度越大越容易吸附;最后是空气中的主流风速,风速越大越容易吸附。
To investigate the factors affecting the adsorption of pollution particles on the surface of electrical insulator,we set up models of pollution particles and the surface of an electrical insulator,respectively.On condition that the surface boundary layer effect of electrical insulator is considered,the force on pollution particles and their movement during their collision and adsorption on the electrical insulator surface were analyzed,thereby a criterion for the absorption was formulated.The effects of the diameter of pollution particles,the mainstream wind speed in the air and the relative air humidity on the adsorption were also investigated.It is concluded that,among the factors affecting the adsorption,the diameter of pollution particles is the predominate factor,and the smaller the diameter is,the easier the adsorption is.The second influential factor is the relative air humidity,and the higher humidity is,the easier the adsorption is.The least influential factor is the mainstream wind speed in the air,and the faster the speed is,the easier the adsorption is.
