摘要
为了研制一款车辆的新型车架,本文建立了车架的模型并利用有限元软件进行了仿真分析。结果表明加载过程中车架应力、应变和切应力完全符合车架要求。基于本仿真结果,车架设计得以顺利完成。
In order to develop and improve the design of a new type of vehicle frame,this paper illustrates the modeling and simulation of a new type of vehicle frame.Modeling of the frame was done,and simulation of the frame was done through FEA software.The simulation shows that the displacement,stress and shear stress of the frame was satisfactory when load was applied.Based on the results,the design was accomplished.
