摘要
通过对内燃机配气凸轮机构工况条件的分析,在MATLAB中利用凸轮理论曲线函数编辑程序,生成二维坐标下的凸轮坐标点,并在Pro/Engineer中建立配气机构模型并对其进行运动仿真分析,得到内燃机气门运动的位移、速度和加速度曲线,进行凸轮的优化设计。
By analysis of the working conditions of the internal combustion engine valve cam mechanism,the program of cam theoretical curve was made with MATLAB editor and generate the cam coordinates in two-dimensional coordinates.The model of cam valve mechanism was set up by the cam coordinates,then to carry out motion simulation analysis and get displacement,velocity and acceleration curves of the internal combustion engine valve movement.The optimized value of the cam was get by the method.
