翅片管换热器流程布置对换热性能影响的实验研究 被引量:2

Experimental Study of the Effect of Circuit Arrangement on the Heat Exchange Performance of Fin-tube Heat Exchanger

摘要 在分析翅片管换热器流程布局对换热器换热性能影响的基础上,通过实验对两种不同流程布局在制冷和制热工况下进行性能对比,分析制冷和制热循环下流程布局的差异和换热器性能提高的原因。同时对改良后的流程布局进行利弊分析,对企业选择流程布置具有参考意义。 Based on theoretical analysis of the effect of circuit arrangement on the heat exchange performance,two kinds of circuit arrangements were tested under the cooling and heating conditions through experiment.The heat exchange performance,differences of the two circuit arrangements and the reasons of performance improvement were analyzed.At the same time,the advantages and disadvantages of the improved circuit arrangement were pointed out.Those can give references for enterprises in selecting circuit arrangements.
