基于UG的某行星齿轮流量计齿轮系统的模态分析

The Gear System of One Planetary Gear Flow's Modal Analysis Which Based on UG

针对某行星齿轮流量计使用过程中存在的振动问题,提出了解决思路。在对该流量计的模态计算求解原理进行阐述后,利用UG软件中的NX Nastran求解器完成了齿轮系统的模态分析过程,并得到了该齿轮系统中各个齿轮在不同固有频率下的振动情况,确定了该齿轮系统不适合工作的频率范围。这为该类型流量计的使用或优化设计提供重要依据。

In allusion to the vibration problems which exist in one planetary gear flow＇s using process,it has put forward a solve way.After introducing the modal analysis theory of the flowmeter,this paper has finished the gear system of one planetary gear flow＇s modal analysis process by using NX Nastran solver which integrates into the UG software.It has got the gear system＇s vibration which in different natural frequency and it also has defined frequency boundary that the gear system doesn＇t fit for.This paper could provide important basis for the flowmeter＇s use or optimization design.
