简介了液压泵的工作原理和失效判据,结合运用几种先进的诊断理论和方法,通过对齿轮泵故障现象诊断分析,给出了齿轮泵常见故障的对策与排除措施,提出的诊断思路和维护方法对生产实际具有指导意义。
A brief description of the hydraulic pump working principle and the failure criterion, combined with the use of several advanced diagnostic theory and method, through to the gear pump fault diagnosis analysis phenomena, and gave the countermeasures and common fault gear pump out measures and suggestions for diagnosis of thinking and maintenance method has a guiding significance to the production practice.
