摘要
通过对摩托车发动机凸轮轴质量问题分类统计结果分析,找出了造成凸轮轴裂纹的3个主要原因,通过采取相应措施,使凸轮轴的废品率由原来的4.9%降至2%。
This paper introduces the solutions for 3 main reasons of the quenching cracking of motorcycle camshaft through analyzing the classified statistics on the quality problems of these products. By these ways, the reject rate is reduced to 2% from 4.9%.
