卷式膜组器平行流道中横向网丝间距对流体流动的影响

The effect of transverse filament spacing on fluid flow in parallel channel of spiral wound membrane module

摘要 在卷式膜组器平行流道中,利用计算流体力学(CFD)方法研究了横向网丝间距对流体流动的影响.在横向网丝间距依次为1.333mm、2mm、4mm的3种平行流道中,分别考察了流体的速度和压力分布,并且分析了膜通量与压降之间的关系.模拟结果表明:平行流道中横向网丝间距对流体流动有着重要的影响,横向网丝间距为2mm的流道是较好的流道,因为它能够较好地平衡膜通量与压降之间的关系. Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method was used to study the effect of transverse filament spacing on fluid flow in parallel channel of spiral wound membrane module. Velocity and pressure distributions were investigated in the three different parallel channels whose transverse filament spacings were 1. 333 mm, 2 mm, 4 mm respectively. Also the relationship between permeate flux and pressure drop was analysed. The simulation results showed that transverse filament spacing had a significant effect on fluid flow. And it was also observed that the channel whose transverse filament spacing was 2 mm was better than the other two since it could balance permeate flux and pressure drop better.
