摘要
结合曼彻斯特编码以及循环冗余校验技术,设计一种高可靠性位移传感器串行通信协议——CPE-Bus。在基于FPGA和RS485接口芯片的硬件平台上,实现运动控制系统中位置传感器与控制装置之间数据通信,解决了现有运动控制系统中位置传感器与控制装置之间数据通信抗干扰性差、时钟数据同步等问题。实验结果表明,CPE-Bus串行通信协议具有较高实时性和可靠性,能够满足位置传感器与控制装置之间数据通信要求。
Combined with the technology of Manchester Encoding and Cycle Redundancy Check, a high reliability serial communication protocol-CPE-Bus of displacement sensor was designed. A hardware platform based on the FPGA and RS485 chip was implemented to communicate between displacement sensor and control device in the motion control system, which solved the existing problems of poor anti-interference performance, clock and data synchronization in data communication between displacement sensor and control device in the motion control system. The experimental results show that the CPE-Bus serial communication protocol is high real-time and reliability and can meet the requirements of data communi- cation between displacement sensor and control device.
