摘要
针对LCD显示器装配线存在的各工位不平衡现象,首先应用时间研究和动作研究对装配线中段各工作站的动作进行了现场的测试和研究,找到并优化了中段的瓶颈作业,从而降低了整个装配线的节拍,然后应用改进的启发式平衡算法,对各工作站工作要素进行重新分配,经过改进设计,装配线的工作站数减少了2个,流水线的节拍由10.5s降低到9.98s,平衡效率由81.34%提高到88.15%,每小时产量由原来的344台提升到了360台,实现了公司制定的每小时产量达到350台的目标。
Some imbalance phenomenon is existing in the work stations of LCD monitor assembly line. The time-study and work-study method are applied to the middle of the assembly line. Test and research the action of work stations, find and optimize the bottle-neck of the assignments, which reduced the whole assembly line beat. And then, the operation are rearranged by advanced heuristic method. After improvement design, the work stations reducing the number two, the beat of assembly lines by 10.5 seconds reduced to 9.98 seconds, balance efficiency increased from 81.34% to 88.15% , output per hour from 344 promoted 360, and realized the target of company.
