摘要
十字轴加工过程中,既要控制同轴轴头的同轴度≤0.015mm,又要控制相互垂直的二组轴的垂直度≤0.025mm。采用传统的四次装夹,分别钻中心孔和车削轴头的工艺,难以保证加工精度。为了提高加工精度,须减少加工过程中的装夹次数,基于CJK6136型数控车床,将原有的液压卡盘改造成液压自动分度卡盘,普通车床尾架改造成液压驱动尾架,进行二次开发,设计了十字轴"一次安装完全加工"的全自动专用机床,提高加工效率近10倍,保障了工艺精度,拥有开发成本低的优势。
