企业社会责任信息披露质量与企业经济绩效——基于CSR报告(2009-2011)的经验证据被引量：3

摘要企业社会责任与企业经济绩效的关系有两种可能:因为承担社会责任可能给企业带来负担和增加成本因而抑制企业经济绩效;但企业愿意承担社会责任会向外界树立积极形象,会吸引投资者的积极投资从而提高企业经济绩效。研究发现,后者得到实证支持,也即企业社会责任信息披露质量与企业经济绩效呈正相关关系,表明积极承担社会责任不但不会成为企业的压力,反而能成为企业发展的动力和源泉。
