种族主义思想的露骨表现——浅析莱辛“太空小说”中的土著人形象

The Obvious Representation of Racism——On the Natives-Images in Lessing’s “Space Fictions”

"太空小说"是英国著名女作家多丽丝.莱辛最重要的文学创作之一,塑造了一系列的土著人形象。这些土著种族的价值也有高下之分,其中,高级土著是患了种族退化病的文明民族后裔,低级土著则是原始的、野蛮的、落后的生番,而更加没有价值的则是那些注定没有发展前途的种族。对土著的丑化处理,完全暴露了莱辛的种族主义思想和殖民主义思想。

＂Space Fictions＂ wrote by English famous writer Doris Lessing,describes a series of native-images.These natives’ values are different.The high-level natives are the descendants of cultured race and they suffered Degenerative Disease.The low-level natives are savage and uncultured race.The lowest-level natives have not future of development,they are the unpromising race.The disfigurations of natives show the writer’s colonialism.
