美国公众参与文化遗产保护的经验主要集中在民间组织引领方向、完善的法律保障、政府信息公开、税费政策激励、参与活动灵活多样等几个方面。我国公众参与文化遗产保护的问题主要集中在参与动力和技能不足、法律制度供给不足、参与成本高、渠道不畅等方面。借鉴美国的经验,我们可以从提高参与内驱力、加大法律制度供给、降低参与成本、拓展参与渠道等方面构建对策。

The experience of American public participation in the cultural heritage protection is mainly concentrated in： civil organizations leading,a sound legal protection,opening government information,incentives in taxes policy and flexible participation activities.The problems of public Participation in cultural heritage protection are mainly concentrated in： involving in motivation and inadequate skills,lack of supply of the legal system,the high cost in participation and poor access.Learning from American experience,we build participation countermeasures from the internal driving force to increase participation,increasing the supply of legal system,reduce the participation cost,and expand the channels.
