摘要
文章在对档案学本科毕业生高就业率进行反思的基础上,提出档案学本科毕业生应具备自己的就业核心竞争力,并主张专业内通过生态位错位培养、全程职业生涯规划来构建其个体优势,专业外通过档案学专业知识、专业技能、职业价值观来构建其群体优势。
This paper presents graduates majored in archival science should be equipped with employment core competitiveness on the basis of rethinking profoundly high employment rate of archival science. It claims to build individual advantages by syntheszing construction of niche dislocation and life-long career constuction within the subject, meanwhile, to construct the group advantage outside the subject according to professional knowledge, professional skill and occupational values.
