摘要 目的探讨宫颈液基细胞中Ki67蛋白表达的情况。方法采用免疫组化方法对168例宫颈液基细胞学标本进行Ki67检测。结果 Ki67在CIN及宫颈癌中的表达水平均高于宫颈鳞状上皮非典型增生(ASCUS)及正常宫颈鳞状上皮细胞(P<0.01),差异有高度显著性。结论 Ki67可作为有价值的诊断指标应用于宫颈癌高危人群筛查,同时可作为早期诊断宫颈上皮内瘤变及宫颈癌的标记物,检测Ki67可提高宫颈癌的早期诊断率。 Objective To measure the expressions of Ki67 in liquid- based cervical cells. Methods An im- munohistochemistry technique was used to detect the expression of Ki67 protein in 168 specimen of cervical ThinPrep cytology test. Results Positive Ki67 proteins in cervcal intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and cervical cancer were higher than atypical squamous cells of undermined significance (ASCUS) and normal cervical squamous epithelium (P 〈 0.01), there were statistically significant differences. Conclusion Ki67 can be used as valuable diagnostic reference for screening high risk population with cervical cancer, while can be used as a marker for early diagnosing CIN and cervical cancer, Ki67 detection can enhance early diagnostic rate of cervical cancer.
