摘要
针对传统PID控制的PWM型电磁比例阀不能满足在控制系统性能要求较高场合的问题,设计了一种基于模糊PID控制的PWM型电磁比例阀的控制系统,并对该电磁比例阀进行了PID控制和模糊PID控制的MATLAB仿真。分析对比,结果表明:模糊PID控制具有响应速度快、稳定性高、超调量小等特点,较好的满足了控制要求。
Traditional PID control PWM type solenoid proportional valve could not meet the requirements for high performance. A control system based on fuzzy PID control PWM type solenoid proportional valve was designed in the paper. A PID controller and fuzzy PID controller of MATLAB simulation were carded out. The results showed that the control system had a quick response, high stability and little overshoot, with a high performance.
