2011年中国家畜血吸虫病疫情状况

SUMMARY OF DOMESTIC ANIMAL SCHISTOSOMIASIS IN 2011 IN CHINA

本文通报了2011年中国家畜血吸虫病疫情状况。湖南省、湖北省、江西省、安徽省、江苏省、四川省、云南省7个流行省共对784 679头牛、41 110只羊以及30 005头(匹)其他家畜进行了检测,阳性率分别为0.88%、0.95%和0.09%。根据各省放牧家畜数和阳性率推算,全国共有病畜10 894头(只、匹),比2010年下降了27.28%,其中病牛为8433头,比2010年下降了33.71%。从病畜的地域分布看,湖南省、江西省两省病畜数占全国病畜数的62.06%,两省合计病牛数占全国病牛数的67.21%。调查结果显示,2011年家畜血吸虫病疫情与2010年相比继续下降。洞庭湖和鄱阳湖地区是今后家畜血吸虫病疫情控制的难点和重点。

This article summarizes epidemiological status of domestic animal schistosomiasis in 2011 in China. During the whole year, Schistosma japonicum infection were investigated using a miracidial hatching technique in 784 679 cattle and buffalos, 41 110 goatsand sheep and 30 005 other domestic animals from 7 provinces including Hunan, Hubei, Jiangxi, Anhui, Jiangsu, Sichuan and Yunnan. General infection rates were 0.88% in cattle and buffalos, 0.95% in goats and sheep and 0.09% in other domestic animals. Based on the prevalence and number of gazing animals in endemic areas, total infected domestic animals were calculated to be 10 894 and infection rate was reduced by 27.28% as compared with last year. Total infected cattle and buffalos were estimated to be 8433 with a decrease by 33.71%. Geologically, 62.06% of total infected domestic animals or 67.21% infected cattle and buffalos were located in Hunan and Jiangxi Provinces. These investigations showed a significant decrease in the prevalence and number of infected animals and Dongting Lake region in Hunan Province and Poyang Lake region in Jiangxi Province were still the key areas for control of domestic animal schistosomiasis.
