摘要
启动子是基因调控的重要元件,研究启动子的功能对于基因的表达调控有重要意义。本文从杨树启动子的克隆方法入手,着重介绍了杨树启动子的功能研究进展,并展望了今后的研究前景。
As the promoter is an important element in gene regulation, research for promoter function is of great significance in the gene expression and regulation. In this paper, the research advances in cloning and function of poplar promoter were re- viewed. Meanwhile, the future research prospects were sketched.
