医患关系日益紧张的根源是医患信任危机。作为信任关系构建者之一的患方对医方信任的内容包括医德信任、医技信任和医疗制度信任。以此为出发点,分析了影响患方信任医方的主要因素:医患信息不对称、医方人文精神的缺失、"关系本位"的社会形态和医疗管理制度不完善,并在此基础上提出增进医患信任的对策:提高信息透明度,加大医疗、法律知识的宣传;切实加强医德医风建设,开展人文关怀;注重医疗社会性预后,旨在建立患方普遍信任;完善医疗管理制度,加强卫生质量监督。

The source of the increasingly intense doctor - patient relationship is the crisis of doctor - patient trust. As one of the builders on trust relationship , patientsj trust on doctors include medical ethics, medical tech-nology and medical management system. Based on it, this article analyzes the main factors affecting patients＂ trust on doctors： doctor- patient＇s asymmetric information, lacking of humanistic spirit about doctors,＂ relationship based＂ form of society and the imperfectly medical management system. Some countermeasures are proposed to en- hance doctor - patient trust ： improving the transparency of information, promoting the human care, focusing on the medical and social prognosis and improving the medical management system.
