摘要
医务人员的职业操守是衡量其对职业的一种态度和情感。从职业操守的内涵出发,探讨了从医储备期医学生职业操守构建的现实意义,指出了医德教育是一项系统工程,必须全面系统地渗透到医学生培养的各个阶段,应该通过自我培养和自我教育;在校期间的职业操守的培养;社会实践实习阶段医学伦理职业操守的养成等有效途径构建医学伦理职业操守,有针对性地提高医学生的医德修养水平。
Medical occupation ethics is a measure of attitude and emotion for medical staff. From the medical occupation ethics connotation, this paper discussed the realistic significance of medical ethics construction, pointed out that medical ethics education is a systematic project, so it must be systematically penetrated to each cultivating stage, and should use effective ways to construct medical ethics ethics by self cultivation and self education, school professional ethics cultivation and social practice professional ethics cultivation, finally to improve the medical eth- ics accomplishment in medical students.
