摘要
医院的各种规章制度是医院文化的表现形式,在进行医院文化建设时首先要做好的就是制度建设。制度伦理保障了制度的制定及实施过程中的合伦理性,一方面用制度规范医院文化建设;另一方面通过落实制度推进医德医风建设。在制定和完善制度时,要本着以人为本、使制度具有普适性与平等性的原则来进行,使医院文化建设走规范化发展之路。
Various rules and regulations constitute the skeleton of hospital culture, so in the construction of hospital culture is the first to do well the system construction. Institutional ethics guarantees the ethics of system formulation and implementation process, one hand, system can be used to standardize hospital culture construction, on the other hand, the implementation of system can promote the construction of medical ethics. In the system for- mulation and perfecting, based on the principles of people - oriented and system with universality and equality, can make the hospital culture construction standardization.
