文明施工关系到百姓的生活质量,为了使文明施工落到实处,上海市建委和上海市文明办一起,组织文明施工市民巡防团对建设工地的文明施工进行巡防检查测评,并对巡防测评的结果在媒体上公布。文章回顾了上海在文明施工方面中所采取的措施和方法。

Civilized construction concerns the life quality of common people. To implement civilized construction, Shanghai Urban Construction and Communications Commission together with Shanghai Office of Construction Commission of Spiritual Civilization organized Citizen Patrol Group for Civilized Construction to conduct patrol inspection and assessment on civilized construction of construction sites, and published the results of patrol assessment in the media. The article reviews the measures and methods adopted in the civilized construction in Shanghai.
