城市街景整治中沿街建筑存在的问题——以乌鲁木齐街景整治为例

Problem of the Building Elevation along the Street in City Street Regulation——Taking Urumqi City Street Regulation as Example

借2011年9月首届中国一亚欧博览会在乌鲁木齐召开的契机,乌鲁木齐混乱无序的街道景观越来越多的引起了人们的注意。文章从乌鲁木齐市城市街景整治项目的实际出发,通过调研归纳出乌鲁木齐市沿街建筑立面现状所存在的问题;并在已完成的街景整治中沿街建筑表皮改造实例的基础上,对沿街建筑表皮改造的制约因素进行了理论性的探讨,对于当前及其今后的沿街建筑外立面改造的实践工作的开展起到了启示性作用。

By September 2011 the first China-Asia-Europe fair held in Urumqi, disordered street landscape more and more drawn people＇s attention. From the Urumqi city street regulation project reality, through the in- vestigation it summarized the current situation, the existing problems of Urumqi down the street building eleva-tion. And in the street view it has completed the construction of skin along the street reform example, on the basis of building skin along the street in the reconstruction of the constraints on the theoretical discussion on the current and its the next building facade of the transformation along the street.
