摘要
某别墅依山而建,为框架结构,业主因使用功能原因,要求进行改造加固,扩大使用空间,根据原有设计图纸经计算分析进行加固设计并确定了改造加固材料及方案,采用加大截面积方法与粘贴碳纤维方法对混凝土构件进行加固处理,并阐述了加大截面加固方法与粘贴碳素纤维加固方法的施工质量控制。该工程改造加固期间及完工后,经检查和观测,未发现任何结构异常情况,确保了该楼的安全使用,达到了业主预期的要求。
A villa with frame structure is built along the mountain. Owing to use function of the employer, reconstruction and reinforcement will be carried out as required to enlarge use space. According to original drawings, through calculation and analysis, reinforcement has been designed and material and proposal of rein-forcement reconstruction has been confirmed to implement reinforcement upon concrete component by means of expanding cross sectional area and carbon fiber adhesion. On top of that, the proposal has also illustrated the control over construction quality via the approach of expanding cross sectional area and carbon fiber adhesion. During this project reconstruction as well as after completion of this project reconstruction, no abnormalities of structure have been found by examination, observation, and testing, to make sure the safe use of this building and the anticipated requirement of the employer is achieved.
