为了关注民生、关注民意,公安交通管理部门应当广泛征求群众意见,把群众意愿和需求作为第一信号,把群众关注的热点作为交通执法工作的重点,坚持理念创新,深入推进执法规范化、管理人性化、服务优质化、措施科学化、队伍正规化建设,为经济社会发展提供安全、有序、畅通、和谐的道路交通环境。

In order to pay close attention to people＇s livelihood and their opinions, the police traffic administrative agencies should ask them for comments, regard their wishes and needs as most important signals and their hot spots as a priority of traffic law enforcement, adhere to notion creativity, further promote the standardization of law enforcement and humanization of management, provide better services, take more scientific measures and standardize the building of police forces as well so as to create a safe, orderly, unimpeded and harmonious road traffic ambience for social and economic development.
