城市应急测绘保障服务体系的建设——以宁波市应急测绘保障服务为例

防灾减灾是城市发展需要面对的一大问题,需要建立高效的应急服务体系,而应急测绘能够为应急服务提供至关重要的地理空间信息支撑,本文提出了城市应急测绘的概念,并从应急空间数据库建设、应急服务模式和应急机制体制建设等方面分析了城市应急测绘保障服务建设的重点。

Disaster prevention and mitigation is a big problem in the urban development, so we need to establish an efficient emergency service system. And emergency Surveying and Mapping can provide spatial support for emergency services. This paper presents the concept of urban emergency mapping, and analyzes the key issues of emergency map- ping support services building,including emergency spacedatabase construction, emergency service mode and emergency response mechanism institution-building.
