交通规划信息系统的几个关键问题研究与实现

The Research and Implementation of Several Key Problems in Transportation Planning Information System

以武汉市交通规划信息系统的设计与开发为背景,分析现有交通规划信息系统的不足,面向当前交通规划工作中涉及大量的数据和功能问题,针对系统的数据需求和功能需求,主要对交通规划中的空间数据模型、数据库设计与建库、GIS软件与EMME软件数据交互这几个关键问题进行研究,并使用ArcGIS 9.2为开发平台,选择基于ArcOb-jects组件的GIS技术,以Visual Basic for Application(VBA)及Visual Basic 6.0为开发环境,对交通规划信息系统进行了功能开发,实现了路段预测流量输出、EMME软件数据交互等功能。

Bases on the design and implementation of Wuhan traffic planning system. It analyzes the shortage of ex- isting traffic planning information system and aims at the need of data and functions. It does the research for the key problems of spatial data models, databases design and GIS software and data interaction, use the developed platform named ArcGIS 9.2 and the component named ArcObjects and the developed environment of Visual Basic for Application （VBA） and Visual Basic 6.0 and develop the traffic planning system and implement the functions of plan management, section predicted output flow,the data interaction of EMME and so on.
