中医药治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变的疗效观察

对 5 3例糖尿病性周围神经病变患者在口服消渴丸的基础上分别服自拟消糖通络汤和维生素 B1 ,并加以比较 ,结果显示 ,治疗组空腹血糖、症状、体征 ,较对照组有明显改善 ,总有效率高于对照组。统计学有非常显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1 ) 。笔者认为 。

cases of patients suffered from diabetic peripheral nerve lesion have been separately taken Xiaotang Tongluo Decoction or V B 1 on the base of having Xiaoke Pills by oral,and compared each other.The results show that fasting blood-glucose,signs and symptoms of the treatment group are all better than the control group,and so is the total effective rate.The difference is marketable in statistic( P <0.01).In brief,Xiaotang Tongluo Decoction has better effect in treament of diabetic peripheral nerve lesion.
