摘要 针对柔性单元生产系统的特性与工程实践,建立系统的柔性单元生产系统重构方案的综合评价体系.利用网络层次分析理论,考虑指标间的相互影响与制约关系,建立了基于网络层次分析法的柔性单元生产系统重构方案的综合评价决策模型.模型克服了AHP综合评价方法的不足,提高了指标权重的合理性与可行性.并通过算例分析了该模型的有效性. According to the characteristics of flexible cellular manufacturing and the engineering practice,a systematic and comprehensive evaluation model for the reconfigurable of flexible cellular manufacturing system is proposed based on the analytic network process.Applying the theory of ANP,a new evaluation system considering the feedback and dependency relationship of indices is established.The new method overcomes the shortcomings of traditional method of AHP,enhances the feasibility and reasonability of indices weight.It turns out this mode to be effective.
