摘要
针对天然肠衣搭配打捆问题,依据给出的规格表和原料信息表,以及有关要求给出了3种规格成品捆数最优方案的双目标(以捆数尽可能的多和最短长度原料的长度尽可能大为目标)规划模型.对于规格Ⅲ的模型给出了分段优化的求解算法,规格Ⅰ及规格Ⅱ的模型不需用分段,由Lin-go程序在很短的时间内可得到最优解.对于该问题的求解方法,可以推广到生产中有关原料的配比等问题.
Dual-object(bundle numbers as much as possible and length of the shortest material as long as possible) programming models of the optimal solution to three kinds of specifications of products are given,which are in accordance with the specification table and material information table as well as related requirements.For the models of specifications Ⅲ,a piecewise optimizing algorithm has been provided;for models of specification Ⅰ and Ⅱ,a piecewise optimizing algorithm isn’t necessary,its optimal solution has been found by using Lingo program in the shortest time.The solution to this issue can be implemented for proportioning of materials during the producing process.
