从自我同一性理论看大学生的人格发展

On the Personality Development of University Students from the Self-identity Theory

摘要 自我同一性理论是当代心理学研究的重要观点,其主张人格的发展过程是个体对社会及团体价值的认同,是个体在人生发展的不同阶段对自身生存理念的不断整理与整合。研究该理论有利于从心理学的不同角度思考大学生在人格发展和心理健康方面的突出问题,因此,文章在分析该理论的发展、意义、主要观点的基础上,探讨了其对大学生人格健康发展的启示。 The self- identity theory is an important view of modem psychological research, which advocates that personality development is a process for individuals to get confirmation about social or group values, and the gradual integrity of survival ideas of individuals at different life stages. The theory offers us a different perspective into the main issues of college students as to personality and mental health. This pa- per focuses on the analysis of the history, meaning and important points of this theory, and thereafter the inspiration from the theory.
