基于实境、实验、实战理念的协同创新人才培养模式研究

Research on Synergistic Innovation Training Mode Based on Reality,Experiment and Practice

随着协同创新计划在高等教育中的大力推广,基于该计划的教育模式正得到深入地研究和普遍地重视。文章基于实境、实验、实战耦合的系统教育理念,就协同创新培养的目标、模式、途径、以及其所产生的非线性培养效果等进行了深入的探讨与分析。实践结果表明,该培育模式可以有效发挥大学生的主体性并促进其知识的获得及应用,可以加大学生学习和实践活动的深度,进而提高其对学习活动的自我意识以及综合实践能力。

The training mode based on the synergistic innovation has been further studied and given more attention to as synergistic innovation plan is being widely implemented in the field of higher education.This paper,based on the systematic educational philosophy of reality,experiment and practice coupling,makes an in-depth discussion and analysis of the goal,mode,path,and nonlinear training effect of synergistic innovation.The practice result shows that this training mode can bring the students＇ subjectivity into full play and facilitate their knowledge acquisition and application.This mode can also help students do deep learning and engage themselves much more in practice.As a result the students＇ initiative in learning can be encouraged and their practical ability enhanced.
