摘要
研究探索中小学校长培训模式,对实施校长培训工作具有重要意义。分析总结校长培训工作形成的模式特点以及取得的成效,能够为构建更具针对性、实效性的培训体系奠定基础。
Exploring training pattern of headmasters is significant to headmaster training.Analysis and summering up of headmaster training mode features and achievement can lay the foundation for constructing more pertinent and effective training system.
