E-Contract, the standardization of electronic contract, has become a most important form of contract in network era. Network monopoly power expansion tends to promote the contract application, rendering it a best tool in the protection of monopoly interests and the alienating the principle of freedom of contract. To improve the contract legal system, we should start from legislation in the articles of the contract, and should promote the standardization in contract in an effort to favor the weak party in the contract.
