对LPMC生产工艺的试验研究

摘要 低压片状模塑料(简称LPMC)是一种新型短切玻璃纤维增强不饱和聚酯树脂的模塑料,为达到低压模塑、低温成型的要求,除采用一种和传统片状模塑料(简称SMC)完全不同的增稠方法外,产品压制时还要采用和传统SMC完全不同的温度和压力制度对LPMC模塑料进行压制,因此,对现有片材生产工艺的改进是本项目是否成功的一个关键因素。 Low pressure molding compound(LPMC) is a new type of short glass fiber reinforced unsaturated polyester resin molding compound.To achieve low-pressure molding and low-temperature forming,it requires not only a completely different thickening method,but the entirely different temperature and pressure system from that of the traditional sheet molding compound(SMC) as well.Therefore,the improvement of the existing sheet production technology is the key factor in the success of the project.
