摘要
高校辅导员职业倦怠与社会认同度低,工作价值得不到认可,工作量过大以及性格、工作年限等个人特质有密切关系。通过增强社会支持度和价值认同感,提升个人素质和构建良好的互动关系以及促进辅导员队伍的专业化和职业化可以有效缓解辅导员的职业倦怠。
College counselor burnout has close relation with the low social identity,the unrecognized work value,excessive workload as well as personality and working years.Enhancement of social support and value of identity,improvement of their qualities and good interaction,and the promotion of professional and vocational counselors can effectively alleviate the counselor job burnout.
