美国法学教育模式及启示——以学生实践能力培养为视角

American Legal Education Model and Its Implications for China——From Students' Practical Ability Perspective

法学教育作为美国高等教育的"排头兵",通过其自身不断实践和发展,取得了丰硕的成果并积累了诸多经验。尤其是其明确的培养体系和目标、成熟的课程层次设置、实践经验丰富的教学人员及实效多样化的教学方法在培养学生实践能力方面值得借鉴。我国法学专业学生实践能力的培养应当做到三个结合:职业教育与素质教育相结合;理论教学与实践教学相结合;校内资源与校外资源相结合。

As ＂vanguard＂ in American higher education,legal education with its practice and development has achieved fruitful results and accumulated a lot of experience.In particular,its clear training system and the target,mature course settings,experienced teaching staff of the practice and a variety of effective teaching methods to develop students＇ prectical abilities are worth learning.Cultivation of law students＇ practical ability should make the following three combinations： combination of vocational education and quality education,combination of theoretical teaching and pratical teaching,and combination of on-and-off campus resources.
