摘要
探讨营养与食品卫生学课程积件式教学素材库的建设方法,即明确建设原则,准确分解知识点,充分利用现有课件和电子化其他教学素材,建立方便快捷的检索方法。今后应继续完善积件素材库及平台建设、强化教育技术学习、优化教学内容、提升教学质量,以适应现代教学需要。
The teaching material library of nutrition and food hygiene was established based on the concept of integrable ware. This paper discussed on the methods and the experiences. The establis- hing principle must be clear, knowledge points should be separated into parts accurately, courseware and other computerized teaching materials should be made into full use and convenient and efficient re- trieval method must be established. In the future, teaching material library and platform construction should be improved and study of educational technology should be strengthened to improve teaching quality and adapt to modern teaching requirements.
