基于数控外圆磨床的非圆磨削工艺研究

摘要 根据切点跟踪磨削的原理,建立回转轴与直线轴的联动方程,在工程实施中,通过数控编程形成可行的加工程序,磨削出粗糙度低、宏观表面质量高且符合图纸要求的产品是建立在非圆磨削原理机床上的又一课题。通过两种工艺方案的实施比较,从而给出了易于获得较好表面质量的方法。 In this paper, according to the principle of tangential point tracing grinding, the cognate equation be-tween rotary axis and line axis was established, in engineering implementing, programming feasible NC program, grinding the products that have lower roughness, higher macroscopic surface quality and fitting the blueprint re-quirement is another subject of machine tools base on non - circle grinding principle. Through comparing imple-menting of two kinds of process plan, the easier way that can get better surface quality was given.
