摘要
随着对汽车冲压件尺寸精度要求的不断提高,能够精确的预测冲压件的回弹量十分重要。本文采用Dy-naform软件对汽车连接板弯曲后的回弹规律进行了数值模拟,利用正交试验得出制件最小回弹的条件组合,并根据分析结果设计出模具。
Accurate prediction of springback in sheet metal forming parts is becoming more important with the con-tinuous improvement for high accuracy in size of automotive stamping, parts. In this paper, the springback of auto-motive connection plate after bending was simulated by the Dynaform software, the conditions combination for the least amount of springhack was found through the orthogonal experiment, According to the analysis results the die was designed.
