该文从求职规划视角，归纳分析高职高专学生求职规划过程存在的意识淡漠、择业观念落后、自我认知偏差、求职好高骛远、功利短视投机倾向严重等问题，探析问题背后的真实原因，探索提升学生求职规划质量、促进学生成功求职的建议和措施。

From the perspective of job-search planning, the paper pionts out that during the vocational students＇ job search planning process, there exist several problems such as low consciousness, backward ideas about job - se-lecting, self - awareness deviation, over - ambitiousness in job - searching, ulitarian and speculation oriented. The paper also analyses the reasons of these problems and suggests several measures as to improve students＇ job search planning quality and get a job successfully.
