摘要
内燃机气门是汽车发动机的关键部件,通过适当的热处理与表面处理获得良好的耐磨性、抗腐蚀性、抗咬合性、疲劳强度等力学性能。本文主要介绍了淬火、回火、固溶、时效、软氮化等工艺的作用,并指出工艺缺陷对其使用寿命的影响,同时提出了预防措施。
Internal combustion engine valve is the key parts of automotive engine, through proper heat treatment and surface treatment, the parts can object good mechanical properties, such as good wear resistante, corrosion resistance, seizure resistance and fatigue strength. In this paper, the functions of quenching, tempering, solution, aging, tufftriding are introdueted. The effect of process defects on fatigue life is pointed out, and the preventive measures are proposed.
